Where are they now? ✨🎓

Georgia-Rose Kelly, an ICMS alumna, graduated with a Bachelor of Event Management after enquiring online and enrolling just days before classes began. She is now a Project Manager at The Company We Keep, part of Opus Agency.

Why ICMS? 📚
Georgia-Rose has always been drawn to the business world, with a passion for professionalism, corporate culture and understanding the "why" behind business. ICMS stood out for its collaborative learning environment, beautiful campus and strong sense of community.

Professional Placement 🏢
Georgia-Rose completed her professional placement at The Langham, Sydney, where she was offered the role on the spot. Walking out of the interview, she remembers crying happy tears. The experience confirmed that events were more than just a career path; they were her passion. This role gave her incredible role models, hands-on professional communication skills, independence in decision-making and a love for executive and high-end event production.

Life After Graduation ⏭️
After graduating, Georgia-Rose spent two years exploring different areas of the events industry, including wedding planning, business-to-business events, the not-for-profit sector and, ultimately, corporate events. Today, as a Project Manager, no two days are the same. She works across every stage of event production, from stakeholder management and event design to technical production, security, negotiations, and team leadership. One of her recent highlights was delivering a summit alongside a team from the United States, where she enjoyed collaborating across cultures and creating experiences that resonated with diverse audiences.
