In exactly one month, our Nepal ‘No Trek’ retreat begins! And we are so excited !!

This magical land has been through so much recently, with tragic floods and a monsoon season causing so much damage.

But we have been kept informed by our guides on the ground that our retreat path, into the mountains in Annapurna Ranges, and to Chitwan for safari, are safe and open for business.

Nepal needs tourism right now. If you’re thinking of going - please don’t let the news put you off going.

We have a couple of spots still available - and will be announcing our 2027 retreat dates soon. We can also put you in touch with our beautiful local guides if you’re keen to go solo.

Hi! I’m Ren from seed+spark retreats, and this is Sabin.

I love travelling to exotic places, and have developed a deep love for Nepal - its landscapes and people, but more importantly the energy and the transformation that takes place for everyone that feels the call to go there.

I will be guiding us through yoga, meditation and breath work whilst on retreat - using this time to find greater self awareness and an inner sense of peace and calm, and opening to the energy of the Himalayas so it can work its magic.

Sabin is our wonderful guide on the ground in Nepal. We have worked with him on every one of our Nepal retreats - he and his group of porters keep us fed, get us (and our gear!) to where we’re going safely, and do so with a smile and a laugh and a healthy dose of “why not?”

We walk through quiet villages
on mountain trails.
We get lost in the jungle mists
- spotting rhino, bears and
maybe even tigers.
We sit in stillness at morning sunrise
and breathe a sigh as evening ends.
