What a session!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Climbing the AI Ladder, and to our fantastic panelists Jacqui Pooley, Brett Knowles, Sarah Purches and Kat Francis for an honest and practical conversation about navigating AI in the workplace.

A special thank you as well to Oskar Santos for expertly hosting the discussion and helping unpack what AI literacy really looks like in practice.

From the skills worth investing in right now to the mindset shifts shaping the future of work, the conversation was packed with insights, real experiences and plenty of food for thought. Thanks for being part of the conversation.

And just like that, we are coming up to our final session for Future Skills Fest!

Inside a Cyber Breach: How Attacks Really Unfold is a session led by Riccardo Galbiati - Regional CSO for JAPAC at Palo Alto Networks, that will take you inside a live cyber attack scenario, giving you a real-time look at how breaches happen and what organisations are doing behind the scenes as it unfolds.

If you’ve ever wondered what actually happens during a cyber attack, how quickly situations escalate, and how teams should respond in the moment, this is definitely a session you do not want to miss.

Today, we hosted our second session of Future Skills Fest: AI at Work — Driving Productivity or Diluting Critical Thinking? led by the incredible Dale Leszczynski.

In our very first debate, both teams explored whether AI is helping us work smarter or weakening our critical thinking skills through overreliance.

The win went to Lani Cush and Alex Wood, who argued the latter (though only just) with Mark Byrne and Courtney Blackman presenting a strong case for the opposing side.

Thanks to everyone who joined us in person and online for such an engaging discussion. We’re excited for more great sessions across the rest of the week.
