WIth the inclusion of a new segment about Truth-Telling!

You’re invited to join our Racial Literacy Conversations, a facilitated space to explore how racism, truth-telling and systemic inequities show up in our community, and how we can respond and contribute to meaningful change together. You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about Australia’s history and how truth-telling can help us better understand the systems and histories that continue to shape our communities today.

Open to all MDHS students. No prior knowledge is required, and you won’t be asked to share personal experiences. Separate sessions are available for students and for graduate researchers and staff.

Volunteers needed as part of an intercultural online exchange program!
We are seeking students to be part of our global portal experience – an opportunity to learn about health care in another context. The Global Portal is an immersive, life-sized video installation that makes it feel as though you are standing in the same roomas people around the world.
You’ll hear authentic stories of health, illness and recovery, and explore how culture, tradition, family knowledge, access to resources and social context shape people’s experiences of healthcare.
