Ponies have been previously used in equine health research or have been purchased with intent for trial but have not fulfilled the criteria required. Our ponies are very well looked after and in excellent condition. The majority of the time we do not know their riding or use histories as we buy mostly from horse dealers, however we endeavor to release all information known to us. We want to ensure
the prospective adoptive homes are matched appropriately to ensure the ponies have the greatest possible chance for their future. Some ponies have medical conditions - in particular some have Equine Metabolic Syndrome which means they can be prone to Laminitis (founder). We will disclose which ponies have Equine Metabolic Syndrome and give owners information with regards to management of this condition to ensure the pony leads a happy and pain free life. Ponies will be matched to the most appropriate home and we will respond to messages in order as they come in. Please note if we don't respond to you instantly it is because we are out in the stables and paddocks looking after the ponies - we will try to respond as quickly as we can.
