Are you the mum of an infant and you experienced a traumatic birth? Researchers at the University of Sydney are researching how childbirth experiences are related to the relationship between mothers and babies. They are currently seeking mothers of infants 6 months and under to participate in their research.

This study is being led by Alysha Fameli a Psychologist & PhD researcher whose own birth experiences and subsequent early-parenting relationships led her to develop this research project. Alysha says while the researchers would like information on all birth experiences, they are particularly interested in exploring the relationship between mothers and their infants following traumatic birth.
