About the movie:

It is finally here, the event you've all been waiting for... SUAnime Movie Night! At long last we are getting together to enjoy the thing that binds us, that is ANIME! 😮 Come along to enjoy 2 amazing anime movies! Which ones, you may ask? Well our schedule for the night, my dear friends, is as follows

Synopsis 🥼

Our Build-A-Bento event aims to provide you all with meals inspired by Studio Ghibli films, taken straight from the official cookbook! 😊 During the two sessions, you'll have the opportunity to hang out with friends while creating small bento boxes for you to enjoy! 🤩 The team will prepare the ingredients before letting you decorate the boxes to your liking! Naturally, this is free for all members!!! 🤑

🍽️ What Will We Be Cooking? 🍽️
We will be making bentos inspired by the following characters (check form for ingredients):
- Catbus (from My Neighbour Totoro)
- Calcifer (from Howl's Moving Castle)

Listen up, artists in SUAnime! This year, to celebrate our 25th anniversary of SUAnime, we’re now collecting the EOI form for participation in the 25th SUAnime anniversary artbook zines! 🎉

The themes are as follows:

🖼️ Past Theme
Art inspired by retro anime of years past. Think the styles from the 1980s-2000s... You can include the old mascots of SUAnime in any shape or form!

🕰️ Present Theme
Arts that embody the present day. You can include the current SUAnime mascots in any form!

🌐 Future Theme
Immerse yourself in imaginations of years beyond; whether it be retrofuturism, cyberpunk, sci-fi, or anything really! You can design and draw your own SUAnime mascots in any shape or form!

⚠️ Rules:
- No explicit/gore/NSFW artworks
- No political/hate speech drawings
- No AI usage/tracing
- No use of heavily copyrighted materials that are straight from the source
