Fresher's Reception and Farewell Ceremony Organized by the EEE club, CCNUST** 🎉🎓

The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) at CCN Science and Technology University successfully hosted a combined Fresher's Reception and Farewell Ceremony to welcome incoming students and bid farewell to the graduating batch. The event featured inspirational speeches, guidance for future endeavors, and the presentation of gifts to both new and departing students.

🌙 EEE Grand Iftar Mahfil 2026 🌙

The EEE Grand Iftar Mahfil 2026 was successfully held on 03 March 2026 at Al Faham Kitchen, Police Line, Cumilla, jointly organized by the EEE Club and the Department of EEE, CCN University of Science & Technology.

The event was graced by the honorable BoT Chairman, Dr. Tarikul Islam Chowdhury, respected BoT Member, Tanzina Islam Chowdhury Synthia, Registrar Prof. Jamal Nasser, Chairmen and Coordinators of different departments, esteemed faculty members, and beloved students of the Department of EEE.

The Iftar Mahfil provided a wonderful opportunity for strengthening the bond among faculty members, students, and administration in a warm and spiritual atmosphere. It was an evening filled with unity, gratitude, and togetherness, reflecting the strong family spirit of the EEE Department.

We sincerely thank everyone who attended and contributed to making the event memorable and successful.

The Department EEE, CCN University of Science & Technology (CCNUST) is proud to announce that two of its faculty members, Mr. S. M. Shahidul Alam and Mr. Mohammad Sayem, successfully attended and presented their accepted research paper at the 7th International Conference on Electrical Information and Communication Technology (EICT 2025), held from 18–20 December 2025, jointly organized by the Faculty of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, KUET and the IEEE Bangladesh Section. Mr. S. M. Shahidul Alam presented his paper titled “Feasibility of East-West and South-Facing Rooftop PV Orientations for Carbon Reduction and Grid Support in Bangladesh”, while Mr. Mohammad Sayem presented “VANET-based Real-time Accident Prevention and Traffic Management System for Dhaka-Chattagram Highway”, both of which have been accepted for publication in IEEE Xplore. A significant achievement considering that only 143 papers were accepted out of nearly 1200 submissions, reflecting an impressive acceptance rate of around 13%, and highlighting the strong research excellence and global engagement of the EEE Department, CCNUST.
