Millennium Information Solution Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Software Architect with a strong background in .NET to lead the design and development of our HR, Payroll, and Accounting applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software architecture, a deep understanding of enterprise-level application development, and a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of HR, Payroll, and Accounting applications, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure.
• Technology Strategy: Define and implement the technology roadmap and architectural standards for the .NET-based applications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
• Leadership & Management (Mentorship): Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to enhance the applications and development processes.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRMS with other business systems. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve system efficiency and performance.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within HR, Payroll, and Accounting applications.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in a software architect role in HR solution domain.
o Proven experience in designing and implementing .NET-based HR, Payroll, and Accounting applications.
• Technical Skills:
o Expertise in .NET, C #, ASP.NET, MVC, and related technologies.
o Strong knowledge of database design and management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
o Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
o Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc.).
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.
• Previous experience in the HR, Payroll, or Accounting domain.
