The Department of CSE & CS-IT, Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT) successfully organized the Artificial Intelligence Idea Competition V 2.0 on 18th January 2026 at the Permanent Campus.

The event was conducted by Abdur Rab Dhruba, Lecturer, Department of CSE & CS-IT.

Students showcased outstanding creativity and innovation, where
🔹 8th Semester participants presented impactful Artificial Intelligence–based ideas, and
🔹 10th Semester participants demonstrated impressive Robotics-based ideas addressing real-world challenges.

The competition highlighted the fusion of intelligence, creativity, and technology, reflecting the students’ strong potential in AI and Robotics research and innovation. We sincerely thank all participants, judges, faculty members, and organizers for making this event a remarkable success.

Google Developer Group (GDG) Dhaka DevFest 2025 – Code Lab Session

Google Developer Group (GDG) Dhaka, in collaboration with Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology, is organizing DevFest 2025 – Code Lab Session for students.

DevFest is a global, community-driven developer event hosted annually by Google Developer Groups worldwide. This session is designed to provide students with hands-on experience and practical exposure to modern software development practices and Google developer technologies.

Project Showcasing 2025, organized by the CSE & CSIT Department under the SMUCT Robotics & IoT Community, was successfully held today.
The event featured a wide range of innovative Robotics & IoT projects, where students demonstrated creativity, engineering skills, and real-time problem-solving.
