The Department of Management Studies at Bangladesh University of Professionals welcomed its newly admitted 11th batch with a vibrant Freshers’ Reception titled ‘Recepxion’ on Saturday, September 19. Organized by students of the 10th batch, the day-long event took place at the SKS Convention Hall on the ninth floor of SKS Tower in Mohakhali, Dhaka, bringing together approximately 200 students from the two batches.

The celebration featured singing and dancing performances, ice-breaking games, interactive activities and a DJ session designed to help seniors and newcomers connect beyond the classroom. Trust Bank supported the event as Title Sponsor, while Channel 24, GA Foundation, ReMark, SKS, Mojo, Ashataru and Infogram were among the other sponsors and partners. Through the collective planning and efforts of the 10th-batch students, ‘Recepxion’ aimed to make the newcomers’ first steps into university life memorable while strengthening friendship, cooperation and a sense of community within the department.
