Her research focuses on 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘄, addressing contemporary challenges in 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝘄 and 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

This achievement marks an important step in her journey as an 𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 and reflects the growing culture of 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 within FUDC.

Today, the 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐔𝐃𝐂 held a productive meeting with the organizers to discuss the 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐩𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.

The session also included an introduction to the respective 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 and the 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦-𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐬, ensuring better coordination and effective teamwork.

𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐮𝐝𝐮𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧 both Executive Members of FUDC, on the successful selection of their research paper for presentation/publication at the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 (𝐋𝐚𝐰 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔), hosted by 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲.

Their research paper, titled “𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭: 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞,” explores emerging legal questions surrounding criminal intent, accountability, and liability in an era of increasingly autonomous Artificial Intelligence.
