The principal aim of Prime University is to provide high quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels relevant to the needs of a dynamic society. The academic goal of the University is not just to make the students pass the examination but equip them with the means to become productive members of the community and continue the practice of lifelong learning. The Department of Electron
ics and Telecommunication Engineering (ETE) is one of the major contributors towards the achievement of ambitious goal of Prime University in developing skills of human resources in Bangladesh, especially in the fields of Electronics, Telecommunication and Information Technology. The Department designs the program in diversified aims to place the students in a highly competitive world of modern technology. The Department started its full function just one year after the inception of the university. The BSc in ETE program is a 48 (forty-eight)-month study of 12 semesters for regular students. A regular student must take normal load of 4 to 5 courses in a Semester, if he/she intends to complete the program within 4 years. If a student takes less than normal load, offered in a semester, he/she will not be able to complete the BSc (ETE) Degree Program within the normal period of 4 years.
