Every victory is special. But some victories mean more than success. They carry memories, love, and the legacy of someone we lost too soon. This is one of those victories.

As Muhammad Omar Farook and Ashraf Ahmed celebrate winning the Best Research Paper Award at the 3rd LURS Students Research Conference 2026, they dedicate this achievement to someone who gave us countless memories, endless smiles, and unforgettable moments—our brother, Shanto Chandra Banik.

Though Shanto is no longer with us, his name was included in this paper as a tribute. Through this achievement, his memory will always live on.

We all came here to become engineers. But Shanto showed us what it truly means to have an engineer's spirit. Whether it was art, design, electrical work, automobiles, cooking, or research, he always wanted to learn, build, and create.

This victory is for you, Shanto.
You will always be a part of us. Rest in peace. 🕊️

Once again, heartfelt congratulations to Muhammad Omar Farook and Ashraf Ahmed for this remarkable achievement.

Thank you for bringing this honor to the PME 23 family and for making this beautiful tribute to Shanto possible.
