This is to inform all students that during Honours Fourth Year In-Course Examination days, classes scheduled during the examination slots will be suspended.

All other classes after the examination period will continue as per the regular timetable.

Today, The Department of English, Govt. Akbar Ali College, Ullapara, Sirajganj, successfully organized an Orientation Program for the newly admitted Honours 1st Year students of the 2025-2026 session.

The program was graced by the presence of:

1. Professor Md. Nurul Alam, Principal, Govt. Akbar Ali College, as Chief Guest.

2. Professor Md. Monjur Morshed Bhuiyan, Vice Principal, Govt. Akbar Ali College, as Special Guest, and

3. Associate Professor Md. Rahat-Al-Sharif, Head, Department of English, who presided over the program.

The Department of English extends its warmest welcome to all newly admitted students and wishes them a successful academic journey ahead.

Special thanks to the students of Honours Third Year, who helped organise the celebration and welcomed their juniors with open arms.
