O Programa de Pós-Graduação em Artes da Cena do Instituto de Artes da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (PPGADC/UNICAMP) iniciou seus trabalhos em agosto de 2011. Foi criado com três linhas de pesquisa: (i) Poéticas e Linguagens da Cena; (ii) Técnicas e Processos de Formação do Artista da Cena; e (iii) Arte e Contexto, que operam transversalmente, estabelecendo um diálogo entre dança, teatro e per
formance em estrutura radial, tendo o sujeito – corpo em cena – como centro, constituindo e sendo constituído pela linguagem que dele irradia e que o circunscreve nas poéticas da cena. Ambos, poéticas e sujeito, engendram e são engendrados no tecido vasto das culturas, encaradas como contextos, e o fazem a partir de investigações no campo da técnica que levam à formação do artista da cena enquanto ser pensante, dançante, atuante, em um contexto social que nele se reflete e que ele, ao produzir arte, também reflete. Desde sua criação, o Programa vem se estruturando para promover o diálogo entre instituições de ensino superior nacionais e internacionais; para isso, tem organizado eventos acadêmicos e artístico-acadêmicos procurando promover o encontro entre artistas pesquisadores das artes da cena. Esta página enseja dar visibilidade aos eventos realizados pelo Programa e, principalmente, aos vindouros, para que cada vez mais consigamos promover encontros e diálogos que venham a fortalecer uma episteme em artes da cena.

The Graduate Program in Performing Arts within the State University of Campinas' Arts Institute (PPGADC / UNICAMP) began its work in August 2011. It was created with three research areas: (i) Poetics and Languages of Scenic Arts; (ii) Techniques and Training Processes of the Performing Artist; and (iii) Art and Context, which operate transversally, establishing a dialogue between dance, theater and performance in a radial structure, focusing on the performer, his formative development through the language that he emanates and involves him poeticlly. Both poetic and subject produce and are engendered in the vast fabric of cultures, regarded as contexts, and are part of investigations in the field of technique that lead to the formation of the performing artist who while at the same time is intellectual will encounter the areas of dancing and acting in a social and reflective context, since he who produces art also considers it. Since its inception, the Program has been structured to promote dialogue between national and international educational institutions; and has effectively organized academic and artistic-academic events that sought to promote encounters between artist researchers within the Performing Arts. This page intends to give visibility to events held by the Program and, mainly, to future events, so that we can increasingly promote encounters and dialogue that will strengthen the Scenic Arts epistemically.
