Why not try SWIMMING! If you must know, it offers a lot of benefits to kids. It improves cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility aside from significantly reducing the risk of drowning when you're with your family swimming. Aside from increasing water safety awareness, it also enhances kids motor skills. How about their social skills? YES! You get it right! Group swimming lessons encourage interaction with peers and teamwork. When kids get used to it definitely they can do it too when they go back to school. They will learn to collaborate and apply the discipline they learned from swimming. With all these, self- esteem and confidence is boost not only in water environments but also in school and wherever they go.
COME ON KIDS. Tell your Mom and Dad to visit Complex in Sta. Cruz and look for the LAGUNA BARRACUDAS SWIM CLUB. The BEST COACH in town is waiting for you. See Coach SONY BALITA (09051349974) You may also see these people Ara Javier, Redel Tajao and Francis Ubaldo. 🏊🏊🏊
