THE
STORY
OF
THE
VIRGIN
AIRLINE

Richard Braston was at a vacation in the Caribbean, after which, getting to the airport to fly back home, only to discover that all flights were cancelled because the airlines were on-strike.

People were just milling and mulling around wasting their times and looking for who to blame and complaining about this and that.

In that situation, Richard became restless about the pains and frustration of these people. And then, he noticed a small plane had just landed within the airport. He ran outside immediately and entered into negotiate with the pilot. Of which they agreed to a flight fee of about $10,000.

Next, Richard quickly got a piece of cardboard and wrote on it:

"Now Boarding".

Virgin Airlines. $2,500

Immediately, you should know the out come... Everyone who could afford it got onboard and off they went in the air to the amazement of everyone else.

This was how Virgin Airlines began.

The truth is this:

••••••••••••••

If you ask me which one thing all great leaders have in common. I will say "It is the fact that they are all so committed & consumed in THINKING practical solutions to other people's problems.

•••••••••••••••

But guess what both the poor and the average people think mostly about? The thoughts of what they can get out of people by every means possible. They are even ready to do anything even "UNETHICAL" just to see the object of their obsession realized.

Listen:

The earlier you realize that time is the very stuff life is made off the better.

In the light of the above therefore, to die as a FULL TIME employee without your discovery, development and the Creative deployment of your inherent human potentials is to have actually sold your life off at the very cheap price without ever realizing it.

THE GRADUATE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY 2018 MASTER'S CLASS, DELTA STATE POLY OZORO

A critical look into what we called the Africa's - and Nigeria in particular - educational production system.

And to begin, first, you must understand that there are four prevailing factors that cycles around every production system from beginning to the end.

And they are:

1. THE PURPOSE OF PRODUCTION

This is the ultimate and first fundamental of all production processes. It is the predetermined end use of every product that always proceeds production irrespective of the industry or what to be produced. And that also includes our educational school system as well.

For instance, there is difference between a basket and a bowler though the dou may assume the same shape, weight, size and even colour. However, though they may look alike, the fact that their individual purposes are difference make both their production system and process difference, such that while one ends up in holes the other come out hole-closed up. Why? The Uniqueness of their Purpose or end use.

It is purpose that predetermines the design of evert production system. It is what determines the features of the product, the material make-up and constituents for production, and then the shape and the outlook.

And that's what explains why within the educational school system for instance. A student cannot apply to study Accountancy and he or she will be subjected to Mechanical engineering lectures for all her years on campus and still expect that she will emerge with Accounting skilled. Why? Because from the beginning the purpose of production already spelt out the material make-up of the kind of lectures he or she must be subjected if he or she must emerge as an accountancy major. Why? Because purpose always proceeds what to produce just as 'what to produce' always proceeds the material make-up of every product.

In a NUTSHELL therefore, purpose is the foundation upon which every production process is built. Until it is there, direction and what to produce cannot be determined.

2. WHAT TO PRODUCE

When purpose has being predetermined, the next line in the production process is 'what to produce'.

In predetermining the ultimate end use of a thing, all producers are first trying to create either a produce or service to meet a particular need or help to solve a particular problem. Meaning, production actually begins with trying to solve a prevailing or existence social problem. For instance, before the invention of what we call today as burglary proof, there was first the social problem of breaking and entry to steal. And the question of 'what to we do' to help prevent this was what lead to the development of a product called the burglary proof to serve the ultimate purpose of prevention of breaking and entry as a social mess.

In other words, 'what to produce' talks about the design, the shape, the features, and the make-up of what to produce to help serve the ultimate purpose of production.

For instance, in the automobile industry, while the ultimate purpose is transportation or movement, however, the design, the shape, the features, and the make up of 'what to produce' to help serve the transportation purpose defers from product to product. Why? Because of the difference in their individual ultimate purpose within the automobile industry.

A quality Service Utility Vehicle (SUV) for instance cannot serve the ultimate purpose of a Tipper. Why? Because of the difference in what they were designed to transport. While the Tipper is designed specifically to transport things like Sand and Stones, a car is basically for the transportation of people. Hence, the design, the features, and the make-up must therefore differ.

Heavy duty trailer's for another instance are also designed for the same purpose of transportation, however, they can't be engaged in the place of either a Tipper or a car. Why? Difference in their ultimate end use. And therefore, cannot be of the same features, shape, and make-up with either a car or Tipping truck.

3. MATERIAL CONSTITUENT FOR WHAT TO PRODUCE.

This talks about the predetermined constituent materials out of which 'what to produce' must be made. The burglary proof earlier mentioned for instance cannot be made out of rubber or just any other material outside of iron or steel. Why? Because for it serve the ultimate purpose for which it was designed effectively, it cannot be made from rubber/plastic.

In other words, material constituent is principal about, 'if this is the predetermined 'purpose of production' and this is 'what to produce' to serve the ultimate purpose, the question is: what should be the specific material out of which what to produce must be made if it must serve it's ultimate purpose of production effectively'.

For instance, a knife for the ultimate purpose of cutting through objects cannot be made out of plastic, rubbers, or wood. If it must be effective, then it must be made out of iron or steel. Why? Because it's purpose already predetermined out of which material it should be made. But then, when you take a close look at a Chainsaw for cutting trees, while it is made of iron or steel little blades, but the blades must be made to be mobile and also designed to be power mechanically as against a knife being powered by human strength.

Why? Their purposes and the end to which they were designed to serve. So, though the dou are designed to function within the same field of cutting through objects, however, the specifics of their individual purposes within their fields of engagement, their functionality causes their material make-up to differ.

The above is the same reason why Law students cannot be trained by using Accounting Textbooks, neither can Biochemist be trained using Law Textbooks. Why? Purpose and their ultimate end use already predetermined the kinds of material out which they must be trained.

4. FOR WHOM TO PRODUCE

The next on the line after the determination of 'the material make-up for production' is the concept of 'for whom to produce'.

This talks about the specific target market for whom 'what to produce' is to be designed. For whom to produce is basically about the predetermination of who the ultimate end user of the produced product should be or would be.

For instance, there is BOBO for adults and there is BOBO for kids. The same content and the same constituent of material make-up but the predetermined target market affects their end product size. Why? The BOBO for the target market of children must be easy to carry, easy to handle and also appear very appealing to children's.

In other words, while the ultimate purpose of production is the beginning of all production processes, for whom to produce is the end of all production processes. Why? Because until what is produced is transported from where it was produced to the target market to serve the ultimate purpose for which it was produced, the production process is not yet complete.

So the production chain looks actually like something like this:

"The purpose of production > what to produce > material make-up for what to produce > for whom to produce"

What that means is that, for production to have taken place, what was produced must successfully get into the hands of those for whom it was produced. Which ultimately implies that, until there is a guarantee market for whom to produce, production shouldn't be initiated in the first place. Why? Not only will it all be an exercise in fruitlessness, but also, while the product itself can best be described as good enough but there is no market for it.

THE EDUCATIONAL SCHOOL SYSTEM
-------------------------------------------------------------
And therein lies the principal challenge of the Africa - and Nigeria in particular - educational school system. Most especially within the walls of our conventional government owned institutions. Why? Because we have what we call 'THE LABOUR MARKET' that's the supposed target market or end product users of the educational production system that is already over saturated, hence the continuous rise of unemployment year in year out.

The school system with a sympathetic production capacity of over 300,000 graduate products in year year out, the target market or end user of this product popularly known as THE LABOUR MARKET can only accommodate only 30,000 of these total graduate products. Which automatically means, on a yearly basis we have a total of 270,000 graduates products who cannot find a please in the already saturated labour market.

The question therefore is: As a soon to be graduate or fresh graduate product from our present scholastic educational school system into an over the years already saturated LABOUR MARKET, what can you do or should you do to help you create a very high comparative advantage among all graduate youths across Nigeria?

The above is the ultimate drive and passion of the "GRADUATE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY" with a dynamically tailored 7 Days - Monday to Sunday - training content. THE HEART OF THE VALUE CHAIN Issue 1As it is written:"And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding ...

THE HEART OF THE VALUE CHAIN

Issue 1

As it is written:

"And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding SEED, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose SEED is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding SEED after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose SEED was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good" Genesis 1:11-12

In the light of the above ancient word, it means everything on the earth - whether man made or God made has it's SEED in itself. And like the SEED of every fruit, the "The Heart (or the SEED) of the VALUE CHAIN is 'Products & Services' built around and upon a specific area of skill Competence". And like when things fails apart because the center can no longer hold, the principal center force of value that controls the value market is the power of 'Products and Services'. In other words, while every life of effectiveness begins with skill competence in a specific area of human challenges, progress must be made into the practical development of either a 'Product' or a 'Service' for the value chain to be complete.

What that means is this:

The first foundation for being valuable either within the 'Labour market or the Value market' is the fact that you have specific problem solving skills. There must be something that you are good at as an area of skill competence either within your course of studies or any other chosen area of human challenges.

For instance, let's assume that you are an undergraduate of civil engineering. And within civil engineering as your presumed field of operation; there are nothing less than 13 solid areas of skill competence and business operations that any graduate of civil engineering can commit to personal capacity building.

These areas include:

1. Architecture Art/3D Drawing Skills
2. Sliding Doors & Windows Skills.
3. Bole Hole Drilling & Plumbing Skills.
4. Massing & Engineering Building Skills
5. Electrical & Power System Skills.
6. Weldering & Fabrication Skills.
7. Pillars and Lintel Setting.
8. Tilling & 3D Flooring Skills.
9. Ceiling & P.O.P. Setting Skills.
10. Block Molding And Manufacturing Skills.
11. Interior Decoration Art Work Skills.
12. Sand & Stones Supply Chain Skills.
13. Cement Sales & Supply Chain Skills.

And the question is:

Outside of the dedication and focus of graduates towards emerging as best graduates among their mates in hope of getting a better job after graduation, how many civil engineering graduate or undergraduates do you know that are genuinely committed and interested in gaining skill Competence and building high level expertise within any of the above mentioned 13 areas of civil engineering skills? The figure will be very few. Why? Because not only is the school system designed to raise job seeker within the labour market even without direct problem solving skills, also, a large percentage of graduates are more interested graduating an instant job within the labour market than they are in preparing for the value market.

What I am saying?

That, irrespective of the course of study, every graduate or undergraduate has the personal responsibility to draw up nothing less than 13 practical areas of skill competence that exist within their courses of studies and drive themselves - by themselves - into building and developing high level expertise with or without the help of their school. That way, they will be practically getting ready for the value market - with the infinite and unlimited value offering and job creation opportunities - as against just preparing for the labour market - that's overladen with over the years continuous increase of unemployment.

What that means is this:

The first foundation for being valuable either as an undergraduate or fresh graduate both within the labour market and value market is by first becoming expert through the possession of specific and practical problem solving skills. Which is even on the average dimension of just about 40% according to the 7 leadership blocks of the value chain. Why? Because just possessing practical & specific problem solving skills alone is not even enough, graduates must also make progress into the development of specific 'Product and services' within their specific areas of skill competencies. Yet, nothing less than 99.9% of graduates of the scholastic educational school system have no practical life problem solving skills talk much less of possessing the capacity to create 'Products & Services'.

And that's why every graduate and under graduate must take the personal responsibility for their lives in developing their personal level of skill competence either within or outside of their courses of scholastic eduction. Why?Because it is an eternally established truth that as far as this earth remains standing, the best any man can possible be is nothing but average, unless they are involved in one or all of the following three things:

1. An Inventor of a Product or a Service.
2. An Investor in Product or Services.
3. An inheritor of a System that Produces Products & Services.

And that explains why close to 90% of the world population are nothing but average in comparison to what they have the God inbuilt potentials to become. Why? They are employees of those who function from the three above mentioned dimensions. And in as much you are an employees, there is an established limit to how much of resources you can control or attract for personal use and productivity.

That's why the power of going beyond just being a skill possessor into become a 'Product or Service INVENTOR is that, on one hand you have intentionally become a force of influence and authority within your field of skill competence. On the other hand, you also become a center of attraction with capacity to attract investors into your products and services. And ultimately, you have the rare privilege of leaving a system of 'Products & Services' production for your children's children as inheritances

The truth is this:

It doesn't matter whether or not you are a powerful PhD holders, if all you have is nothing but a head full of principles without any traceable practical expression of 'Product & Services' that are traceable to you, then, your PhD notwithstanding, the best you can possible be is nothing but average. Why? Because life is reduced to nothing else but that of struggles and frustrations unless you are able to find a job.

However, with the understanding of the power of skills and the heart of the value chain, any graduate can dynamically be positioned with the personal economic power to determine their own level of personal income flow on a monthly basis, irrespective of whether or not they have a regular job. Why is that? Because with the understanding of the 'heart of the value chain,' comes the personal mental capacity to commit to the required process of skill development to the point of expertise and effective problem solving.

THE HEART OF THE VALUE CHAIN

Issue 1

"There is a WIDE gap between getting ready for the LABOUR MARKET and being practical prepared for the VALUE MARKET"

And to have a clear picture of what I mean, try wrapping your head around a 1st Class Biochemistry graduate from any Conventional Government Owned Higher institution and a graduate from any private owned Unconventional higher institution like Covenant University and the like from the same department...

The course line are the same...
The textbooks are the same...
The study years of duration are the same... And The lecture time-frame are the same...

But then, while corporate organizations across Africa are lining up in wait for graduates from highly unconventional schools like Covenant University and others, the guys from our conventional government owned institutions are crying out loud for the accumulated weight of unemployment from over years. Why? Because while one is practically prepared for the VALUE MARKET, the other was being prepared for the LABOUR MARKET.

You see, VALUE is principally the product of COST. While cost is the practical product of price. There is nothing of value on this earth that's cheap. Therefore, if any graduate will be ready to pay the price so as to be empowered to afford the cost of the acquisition of VALUE, then, irrespective of their school of graduation - whether conventional or unconventional - they will stand up tall far above unemployment.

AND JUST FOR THE RECORDS... There are still Covenant University graduates who still end up as 3rd Class graduates among over 188 1st Class Graduates at the same time.

My Undergraduate Brothers and Sisters..

Please strive to know and understand the difference. It will make all the difference.

And for Parents... INTENTIONAL PARENTING is Key.

21st APRIL TRAINING Issue 2

THE PRINCIPLES OF WEALTH CREATION

In the first principle of ‘what wealth is not’, it was clearly stated that wealth has very little to do with a man’s religious belief or inclination, if not, every Christian will be supper wealthier than everyone else. However, you know otherwise, that, not only do we have Christians who are supper wealthy; we also have Muslims and Hindus who are supper wealthy. And in this second class, we shall be exploring the very next concept of ‘what wealth is not. And now, let’s get it started.

SECOND: WHAT WEALTH IS NOT
------------------------------------------------------
Wealth is not the exclusive reserved right of any age group, and as such, it is not the older the richer and the younger the poorer nor is it the younger the richer and the older the poorer.

Why? Because not only do we have thousands of aged individuals who are supper broke across the world, we also have young sharps who are also supper wealthy. In the same light, we also have thousands of young people who are supper broke and also aged individuals who are supper broke also across the world. Meaning, age doesn’t confer on anyone the privileged rights of understanding of the principles of wealth creation and sustenance. If not, every aged person across the world should automatically become wealthy.

THE IMPLICATION IS THIS:
------------------------------------

1. No individual across the world is poor principally because of their age – whether aged or young. Nor is anyone across the world wealthy based on influence and affluence just because of his or her age. Wealth is never – and will never be the direct consequence of being advanced in age.

Why? Age is nothing but just a number.

Abraham was still very much broke at the age of seventy five (75) years with a life that lacked meaning, colour and still living in his own father’s house until he was called into greatness. Irrespective of whether or not hr was seventy five made no difference. Genesis 12: 1 – 12, Genesis 13: 1 -3.

2. Irrespective of age, no man or woman is suddenly going to become wealthy; possessing so much influence and affluence just because he or she is adding years to their age count. Without the practical study, understanding and direct application of the fundamental principles of wealth creation and sustenance, no individual has a guaranteed future of emerging wealthy and influential irrespective of the age.

For “"Moreover Job continued his parable, and said, Oh that I were as in months past, as in the days when God preserved me; When his candle shined upon my head, and when by his light I walked through darkness; As I was in the days of my youth, when the secret of God was upon my tabernacle”.

And by divine principles, Job emerged as the greatest man in the entire east – more like the Bill Gate of his days – irrespective of his age. Job 29:1 - 22.

3. Sudden wealth is nothing but an optical illusion in a world designed by God to be governed by principles as life equalizers for all men irrespective of their age.

For ""Sixteen years old was Uzziah when he began to reign, and he reigned fifty and two years in Jerusalem... And he sought God in the days of Zechariah, who had understanding in the visions of God: and as long as he sought the Lord, God made him to prosper... And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvelously helped, till he was strong" 2 Chronicles 26:3, 5, 15.

4. In the game of wealth creation, age is nothing but a life count of the total time spent living on the earth. And time by itself changes nothing outside of its practical, productive and effective investment into worthwhile practice of the principles so as to gain mastery in certain areas of life over time.

Bill Gate become the richest man in the world at the age of 24 not by chance or lucks but by the productive time engagement in the horning his passion and skills for computer programming.

Farah Gray became a millionaire at the age of 11, just as Harland Sanders – founder of the Kentucky Fried Chicken Brand – became a millionaire at 56 and raised over 21 millionaires within a short period of time.

Why? Because only whatsoever a man sows in time that he is permitted to reap as harvest in the process of time. In other words, no man suddenly emerges either wealthy or broke, all men are the direct produce of both what they choose to do or didn’t do with their time. Why? Because time is nothing but the value processor of our past actions into finished products in our future.

And that is why; being INTENTIONALLY in our approach towards life is a must for every man/woman who wishes to create a supper successful future of influence and affluence. Why? Because nothing just happens; everything happens in response to the power of cause and effect!

For “"Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God". Jesus INTENTIONALLY went to the cross. Hebrew 12:2.

------------------------------------------------------------
In the light of all of the above facts, it can therefore be clearly stated, that, as a matter of eternal principle, no man across the world has a guarantee future of emerging wealthy as it relates to both influence and affluence without a personal dedication of time and energy into the practical study, understanding and direct application of the fundamental principles of wealthy creation and sustenance

THE VISION: GODGETTERS INT'L

"Raising A People With An Uncommon Mindsets, Relevant And Powerful"

I want to believe that by now, everyone should already be familiar with what we mean when we say "After every 40 years is another Generation" as clearly spelt out in expanding the Godgetters mission. See goo.gl/7e9KxU

In context of the above premise, we said "GODGETTERS as an organization is counting 40 Years from Now; to Deliver a New AFRICA Continent As The Sum Of New Sub-nations within the individual nations of the Continent"

And while between here and there - which is 40 years from now - is a lot of time space. No one can denies the fact that, Time by itself changes NOTHING; though it is commonly said that "The difference between HERE & THERE is the alphabet 'T' which stands for TIME",

While that is true, but only to an extent. Why? Because I have to personally realize the fact that the actually difference between here and there is not just TIME but what we do within the TIME. Why? Because TIME all by itself changes NOTHING. Rather, only what we consciously choose to do within the time space between HERE and THERE that ultimately creates the realities of our future whether positive or negative.

In other words, to do nothing in the name of waiting for time, would be the highest level of self deception.

For instance, no one becomes a skilled computer programmer - whether academically or self taught - by just counting time. Yes, it will take time for the skills to be effectively developed, however, it is not just the time spent doing nothing. But time, consciously engaged in learning and practicing the steps of becoming a programmer that translates, over time, into making a programmer.

So, yes, "After every 40 years is another Generation", however, 40 years of times space spent doing nothing doesn't automatically translate into having a life of meaning for a youth just because he had years added to his age and became a man or woman. Rather, it is the investment of value into time that will ultimately culminate into the emergence of a highly developed man or women who will be a voice in the process of time.

And that's why I have said over and again...

That "WEALTH IS NOT SYNONYMOUS TO AGE. AS IN, THE OLDER THE RICHER AND THE YOUNGER THE POORER". Meaning, in the game of wealth creation, it is not the older you become the weather you emerge. Nor is it a fact that someone is young, then he or she is automatically supposed to be broke and depends on parent's. Rather, wealth, I have come to discover is not the prerogative of any colour, gender, religion, culture, race, creed, location nor age. As far as this earth remains standing, every investment into time will speak in the process of time in response to a natural harvest irrespective of who did the investment.

VOLUMES OF BILLIONAIRE YOUTHS

For instance, in the September 2013 edition of Forbes Africa, business and financial journalist, Abi Owolawi ran an extensive feature on a young sharp who became a billionaire at the age of 24 by the name Ladi Delano’s.

And here’s an excerpt from the report:

“The path may have been well lit, but hardship lurked around the corner. In his student days, Delano found he suffered from mild dyslexia and deafness in one ear. Learning became more and more difficult and the idea of school waned. Despite this, with the help of extra lessons, Delano made it to a top university on a day he describes as glorious. The novelty soon wore off and academia became Delano’s nemesis. In his second year of a political science degree, he made up his mind.

“It became quite clear that I didn’t have a passion for my course. I think that lead to me being easily distracted and that, ultimately, culminated in me thinking that rather than flogging a dead horse, it would make more sense to do something I was more comfortable with"

"There are two types of education" he said "And each form of education is equally as valuable. The academic approach to education is vital, no business can operate and be successful without those who have spent the time to understand the academic side of anything. However, that approach to education is not necessarily for everybody. And in my case it wasn’t. So, I decided to withdraw from university,”

According to the report, "Delano’s decision didn’t go down well at home, but there was no stopping him. At least university had planted the idea of becoming an entrepreneur.“

“In April 2012, Delano moved back to Nigeria—a country with 60% of the population under the age of 35 and a youth unemployment rate sitting at 43%. “I just love Nigeria… I want to provide jobs and help the youth develop themselves. It’s an honor to be able to contribute to the economy in this way,” he says. The first contribution will be made through a mining asset acquired in May. “We now have $100 million to spend on the asset in order to get it to production. We anticipate that the asset will be in production within the next year or so and we’re hoping that this will kickstart the mining revolution in Nigeria,”.

Further more, the report said, "We recently advised Ladi on completing his first mining deal where he energetically drove the process and discussions with multiple stakeholders through to a successful outcome. Ladi is already focused on several opportunities and we see him doing very exciting things going forward,” says Raj Khatri, head of metals and mining for Macquarie Capital, Europe. From London, to Chicago, to China and West Africa; through vodka, mining and hotels; it has been a roller coaster ride for Ladi Delano in his first 31 years and you get the feeling he has only just got started.“

HIS BACKGROUND STORY

HIS Story has it that he founded a Chinese Alcoholic Beverage Company, Solidarnosc Asia in 2004 at the young age of 24. The company was known for its premium brand of vodka, Solid XS.

At some point, Solid XS had a 50% market share in China. It became the mainstream liquor brand and was popular in over 30 cities. Ladi eventually sold Solidarnosc for $15 million. Subsequently, he used his profit from the sales to establish a real estate investment company which is based in mainland China.

He is said to be a serial entrepreneur who made his first million when he founded his first company, Solidarnosc Asia.

Currently, Delano runs Bakrie Delano Africa (BDA) which is a $1 billion joint venture with the Bakrie Group of Indonesia.

That's just one out of a millions youths around the world who are BILLIONAIRE irrespective of their age, gender, geographical locations, religion, creed or colour.

For example, Farah Gray became a millionaire at the age of 11... Even our own Emmanuela of Mark Angel Comedy is a millionaire at 9.

MILLIONS OF BROKE PENSIONERS

And irrespective of the large volume young sharp across the world who are millionaires, we also have millions of barely enough pensioners in large volumes all across the world and Africa in particular. Who, irrespective of their age, profession, gender, geographical locations, and colour of skins still live far below the average line.

And the question is: Are the millions of these youths around who are legitimately wealthy, wealthy because they are youths? The answer is no. And are these barely enough pensioners where they are because they are aged? The answer is also no.

What that means is this:

Lucked-up within every of today's YOUTH around the world - and the African continent in particular - are three categories of people patiently waiting to emerge between HERE and THERE - This is 40 years from now.

First, we have the indebted, confounded, confused, and discontented men or women trapped in a life situation that can best be described as the life of "BARELY ENOUGH" to go round.

---- Not enough money to pay the bills.
---- Not enough money to pay house rent.
---- Not enough money to send children to school.
---- Not enough money to provide basic needs for the family.

Secondly, we have those who are averagely just satisfied with their regular but average monthly salary job that is "JUST ENOUGH" to go enough and put food on the table. But surely, not "MORE THAN ENOUGH" to create any meaningful impact or social transformations.

These categories of men and women includes:

--- The millions of pensioners around the world who at old age can scarcely enjoy the benefits of their years of youthful labour.

--- Who lack the required mental capacity to refire-up their life's after official retirements.

--- Who lack resourcefulness to convert their wealth of experiences gathered over the years into venture of economic value.

--- Who lives at the mercy of their government of their nation as if their life's and wellbeing was in their hands.

These comprises of millions of our today's grand parent's - and even immediate parents still touring exact same pathway like their own parents - and seriously looking forward to their own official retirement and start living on their pension stipends for the rest of their lives.

However, the existence of these millions of categories of average income earners notwithstanding, there still exist another set of people...

Thirdly, we have - what I will like to call - The First Class Citizens who enjoys, probably the same first class experience of a state governor and even the president of their Nation irrespective of the fact that they have never been - or sometimes have been - a part of the government ever in their life's.

--- They run 24/7 power supply in their estates irrespective of the national power challenges of their nation.

--- Dine and whine with the high and mighty of their entire continent and beyond because of affluence and influence.

--- Sends their children to the best of schools of their choices irrespective of the volume of financial cost because they can afford it.

--- Who have mastered the act of legitimately using other people's money, other people's time, other people's energy, ad other people's intellectual prowess to create their own future.

--- Who are committed to raising another Generation of Business and entrepreneurial leaders like themselves in the nearby future.

--- Who are sold to see a New Nation And a New Continent where the dreams and the ideas of the today's youths can thrive economically thereby delivering a new world.

And these includes the likes of Tony Elumelu of the Tony Elumelu Foundation of Nigeria and the former C.E.O of the United Bank For Africa (UBA, and the like of Strive Masiyiwa of Econet Wireless (Now Airtel as it's today Known in Nigeria) And Kweese Sport of Zimbabwe.

IN OTHER WORDS...

Between HERE & THERE - Which is 40 years from now - trapped within every of today's youth is either an average income pensioners who lacks the required mental capacity to refire their life's up into greater height after retirement...
..Or a Tony Elumelu or a Strive Masiyiwa who would help to position the continent for a far greater impact and relevance by the reason of personal and corporate influence and affluence.

And the GODGETTERS VISION - as God inspired - is to help depopulate the volume of youths who will end-up in the category of highly government dependent pensioner and increase the volume of youth who will end up as FIRST CLASS citizens of their nation in the process of time.

Just a single phrase sum's up all that GODGETTERS vision is about...

And that is... "To help every of today's youth, across the entire continent of Africa - and Nigeria in particular - to realise the fact that... "It is POSSIBLE for a man or woman to become bigger than an entire nation by the reason of value and economic power"

FOR INSTANCE...

Did you know that as you read this, Bill Gate, America’s richest man with a net worth of $50 billion, is said to be worth “A personal balance sheet larger than the gross domestic product (GDP) of 140 countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Bolivia and Uruguay?"

Our job in GODGETTERS is to help announce to every Africa youth that the world has left the realm of just having enough food to eat. As a generation, we have entered a season of individuals emerging as blessing to nations of the world.

The world has moved beyond the realm of just having a job and waiting for retirement whether from state or federal government.

Now, as you read this, Bill Gate, America’s richest man with a net worth of $50 billion, is said to be worth

Do you know what that means that a man is worth “A personal balance sheet larger than the gross domestic product (GDP) of 140 countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Bolivia and Uruguay?

It means Bill Gate can single Handedly afford to pay all the salaries of all the Presidents, Senators, House of Reps, Governors, Commissioners, Ministers, All Military Arm Forces, Lecturers and Teachers etc of these 140 nations without feeling the pain in his system. This is amidst some abnormal Human Beings, and so called National Leaders stealing massively from the Scarce resources of the a National Budget of a nation mostly in Africa!

Yet, one man is estimated to be richer then 140 nations put together in terms of productivity.

Further more, you also need to think about the fact that Apple - founded by Steve Jobs - is said to have bigger cash reserves than the United States Federal Reserve in 2011, and that many Fortune 500 firms are bigger than entire countries and enjoy better rates of growth.

May while, it is said that if Walmart were a country, its GDP (US$443.9bn) would be greater than that of South Africa’s ($422bn).

Visa would be bigger than Zimbabwe, Wells Fargo dwarfs Angola, and eBay, Amazon, Costco, Proctor & Gamble would swamp Madagascar, Kenya, Sudan and Libya respectively.

All these are vivid realities when we talk about men’s ability to convert what they were given into tools for national transformation in solving specific national problem...

And THEREIN lies the GODGETTER'S VISION "To Raise A People With An Uncommon Mindsets, Relevant And Powerful" And a MISSION for "National Transformation Through Youths Transformation"
