Samuel Huberdeau

Samuel Huberdeau is an Alberta-based real estate investor and renovation contractor specializing in value-add properties and the BRRRR strategy.

His investing journey began in 2016 when he purchased his first property and rented out the individual bedrooms. After seeing firsthand how rental income could pay down his mortgage while putting money in his pocket, he was hooked.

Samuel went on to build a portfolio across Edmonton and Fort McMurray by purchasing undervalued properties, completing strategic renovations, refinancing at the improved value, and recycling his capital into future investments.

Combining hands-on construction knowledge with real-world investing experience, Samuel teaches investors how to accurately evaluate renovation costs, after-repair value, refinancing potential, and, most importantly, long-term cash flow.
