More than you might think! From the materials used to make menstrual products to their packaging, transportation, and disposal, our periods have an environmental footprint.

This October, we’re exploring the connection between menstrual health and sustainability—one week at a time. 🩷🌱

This week, we had the pleasure of delivering a presentation at the Multicultural Association of Fredericton alongside Liz Richard, Team Leader for Days for Girls NB! Our session covered period poverty, the importance of eliminating the stigma surrounding menstruation and highlighted various available sustainable options for period management. We would like to thank Days for Girls for the amazing work they do and for providing each participant with one of their hybrid kits paired with our presentation🩷
