UNB SPRING Our program is facilitated by post-secondary student volunteers! The UNB S.P.R.I.N.G. S.P.R.I.N.G. is held on Sundays from 9-11 a.m. at the Fredericton YMCA.

Students Pairing to Reach Individual Needs & Goals is an adaptive recreation and skill-building mentorship program offered through the YMCA of Fredericton for youth aged 3 to 15. program is a two-hour gym and swim initiative for children of varying abilities, aged 3-15 years old. The program pairs up a child with a disability (physical or intellectual, or both) with a university student for two hours of one-on-one time! It allows children who may have difficulty participating in regular sports and activities to interact with others, develop essential life skills, and always leave with a smile!
