Dalhousie Sherose Island project team Faculty & students at Dalhousie U leading community evaluation of the Sherose Island Nature Trail.

We are a group of faculty and students at Dalhousie University, working on a community-based evaluation of the Sherose Island Nature Trail in Barrington, Nova Scotia. We are all connected to the School of Health and Human Performance, and have interests in the role of nature in children's development and the life of communities. Working with community groups and trail users, the purpose of the eva

luation is to systematically collect information on the current state of the nature trail, how the space is being used, and community ideas for future trail development. The results of the evaluation will include recommendations generated through community consultations.
