Search For the Cure Queen's Search for the Cure is an AMS club at Queen’s University dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research.

Search for the Cure is dedicated to educating members of the Queen's community in the advancements in cancer research and the current clinical trials dedicated to finding treatments for various cancers. We hold many fundraising events such as bake sales, bottle drives, and tournaments in order to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society. We hope to motivate students to become members of the One

Match Stem Cell and Marrow Network and Donor's Registry. All the money raised through any event held by SFTC is donated to the Canadian Cancer Society with the hope of contributing to finding a cure for cancer.

🚨 Are you going to be studying for the MCAT?

We’re partnering with The Princeton Review, and we’re kicking things off with an intro Zoom session where their team will break down their prep options, study supports, and what their courses actually look like.

Hey SFTC family! We are a club dedicated to supporting advancements in cancer research. Originally founded to raise funds for cancer initiatives, we are now expanding our vision:
This year, we’re launching new initiatives, including hosting a student-led research conference to highlight innovation in cancer research.
We’re building a space for collaboration, where students can learn, share ideas, and get involved in meaningful projects.

Stay tuned for our upcoming in-person info meeting, where we’ll present what the club has accomplished so far, share our goals for the year, and hear YOUR ideas. Together, we’ll shape the future of this club and define the positions needed to make it all happen.
