About the missing plane a lot of people tried to use QMDJ to predict the outcome. I, of course, would not miss the opportunity to help my students to brush up their technique in this subject. This is what I wrote when the news was out for the first time on my QMDJ group:
"QMDJ is the study of the qi at a given time with reference to an event. It is not divination. Therefore it is not really a method of prediction. It is rather to understand what we can expect according to the distribution of qi in the chart. If the event is a battle, then we can make good use of the information to decide where and when to attack or to defend to increase the probability of winning. In the case of the missing plane in Malaysia, the time the plane took off gives us a chart. We can understand a lot from the chart. When the plane lost communication, something serious bur puzzling happened. A new chart can be examined to see what has happened and what may happen according to the directions in the eight palaces. In fact, there are at least two charts we should use to see what is happening. When something new is found, we can establish another chart to see more. The whole thing will become clearer and clearer.
Please take this opportunity to brush up your skill."
I am happy that many took part in the discussion including one pilot originally from Malaysia.
