L’Assemblée Générale Annuelle marque un moment clé de l’année : nous faisons le point, revenons sur les projets menés et nous tournons vers l’avenir.
Lors de cette rencontre, vous découvrirez les états financiers de l’association, un bilan des actions de l’équipe sortante, ainsi que les initiatives en cours que nous espérons voir se poursuivre. Ce sera également l’occasion de voter pour pourvoir les postes vacants au sein du comité de coordination.
C’est aussi un espace de transparence et de discussion pour mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l’AECS, poser vos questions et échanger sur les priorités futures de la communauté étudiante.

The Annual General Assembly marks a key moment of the year: we reflect on what has been accomplished and look ahead to what’s next.
During this meeting, you will be presented with the association’s financial statements, a review of the outgoing team’s work, and ongoing initiatives we hope will continue beyond the current term. It will also be an opportunity to vote for vacant positions within the Coordination Committee.
It is also a space for transparency and discussion to better understand how AECS operates, ask questions, and discuss future priorities for the graduate community.
