Wise UOttawa The West Indian Student Ensemble: A Caribbean Cultural and Philanthropic Association at the University of Ottawa since 2011.

With a stress on unity, academics and community service, the West Indian Student Ensemble aims to promote the vibrant Caribbean culture, while creating a support network for students of various heritages and walks of life. Through various social, cultural, academic and philanthropic events, WISE not only facilitates cultural expression but further provides opportunities for member growth, engageme

nt and development. As students and future leaders, WISE members strive to have an influential impact within the Ottawa community as well as within the Afro-Caribbean community.
