Thanks to the generosity of our alumni and supporters, the Faculty of Business Administration awards more than $200,000 in scholarships, awards and bursaries to students each year.

All undergraduate business students, including first-year students, are encouraged to apply for any available awards for which they meet the eligibility criteria.

How can entrepreneurial ecosystems help founders turn their knowledge, experience and networks into business opportunities? 💡

In a new op-ed for the Gazette, doctoral students Roxana Fazli and Niraj Shukla explore the role of social and cultural capital in entrepreneurship, with a focus on immigrant entrepreneurs in Atlantic Canada.

Their analysis highlights the importance of networks, institutional connections and access to resources in shaping entrepreneurial opportunities — a valuable perspective for those studying and supporting business development.

Today, we pause to honour residential school Survivors, their families and communities, and to reflect on the ongoing journey toward truth and reconciliation.
