📱1. Make a wallpaper of all your classes, including a small image of the campus map. This will not only provide easy access to your entire schedule, but also help you find where everything is! (General members: send us a dm for a free template 😊)
🗓️2. Set up all your tasks and projects for the semester on a master list in chronological order, which you will reference daily. For best results, make sure you set up reminders/notifications for when you should start working on and submitting tasks. Google Calendar is a great tool to take advantage of on all your devices — just make sure you act on the reminders quickly or else you’ll condition yourself to ignore them 😅
💻3. Find and create study spots you enjoy and feel comfortable in. You can make things more exciting by visiting different locations for their food, vibes, or scenery.
🏙️4. Make a hangout schedule for you and your friends/family. Having a balanced life is essential to preventing burnout and setting up for a successful semester. A great way of keeping things balanced (and preventing SAD) is scheduling activities you’re looking forward to.
🍎5. Find time to workout and plan healthy meals. The benefits from working out and eating healthy are innumerable and they impact our memory and focus as well. If you can’t squeeze in a workout for the day, try to take a walk outside!
📱6. Get a thin yet secure card holder for your phone (I got mine for $3) to place your OneCard and Presto in. No more struggling to take cards out! Just tap and go ✨
