Meet Abdullah! He graduated from the Rotman Commerce program in 2023, earning a Bachelors of Commerce, with a Specialization in Management, and Focus in Finance, Strategy & Innovation. 
 
After graduating, he began his current position as Recruitment Officer - Equity, Outreach & Support in U of T’s Office of Student Recruitment. In this role, he supports student recruitment efforts with a focus on access, leading outreach initiatives and programs for historically underrepresented communities.

Today was World Mental Health day. This day is a gentle reminder to tale care of your well being and practise self love everyday!
This years theme was "mental health is a universal human right" dictated by WHO to emphasize the importance of mental health in all of our lives.

Just like physical health, your mental health is a priority! On World Mental Health Day, we’d like to highlight some resources available to our UofT community.

MySSP (UofT Student Support Program) offers students real-time and appointment based support from counsellors, available 24/7. Download the app or call in at 1-844-451-9700 or 001-416-380-6578 if you are outside North America. Services are offered in various languages.

UofT.me/Navi is a virtual assistant for students to find out about mental health resources. By chatting with Navi, you'll find the best resources for your needs!

You can also check out campus-specific mental health resources online, offered through UTSG, UTM, and UTSC.
