Phi Kappa Pi - Sigma Pi Chapter (Toronto) The official page for the Sigma Pi chapter of Canada's Only National Fraternity. Phi Kappa Pi is Canada's oldest and only national fraternity.

Visit here for information on events, recruitment (rush) as well as philanthropy events. Established in 1913 we have built a reputation based on tradition, loyalty, pride and respect. We are a truly Canadian fraternity with members from a variety of backgrounds and nationalities. We feel that this, in essence, is a true reflection of Canada. Sigma Pi is Phi Kappa Pi's Alpha chapter, in other words

Originally founded in 1901 as the Sigma Pi Literary Society, Sigma Pi Chapter has ensured that Phi Kappa Pi has maintained a perpetual presence on the University of Toronto Campus for well over a century. 1) You must be an undergraduate member of the University of Toronto @ St. George or Ryerson University:
> Exceptions will be made for exceptional rush on a case by case basis for York University, the University of Toronto @ Mississauga and the University of Toronto @ Scarborough.
> Legacy rush may be exempted from these rules on a case by case basis.

2) You must be in good academic standing:
> A standard CGPA of 2.00 is the baseline minimum to rush Phi Kappa Pi, however a higher GPA boosts your competitiveness.
> If you are in your first term, you will be required to provide your most recent midterm and assignment marks, and your secondary school grades may be used in evaluation.

3) You must be of good character in line with the aims of this organization:
> You will be interviewed if a bid is to be assigned to you, this interview will evaluate your character, integrity, and potential as a brother. CONTACT US
