📌 Request Late Withdrawal (LWD) from S & Y courses at
College Registrar's Office

❗Reminder: August 11th is the tuition fee payment/deferral deadline for the Fall/Winter 2026-27 session.

To remain enrolled in your selected Fall/Winter courses, you must pay or defer your Minimum Payment to Register by August 11th. If you’ve made your payment by the deadline, please allow 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your ACORN invoice.

Hello Woodsworth Community! Due to the Civic holiday, the Woodsworth College Registrar's Office will be closed as of 3:00pm ET on Friday, July 31 and will be closed all day on Monday, August 3rd. E-mails will not be monitored during this time.

Regular service hours will resume on Tuesday, August 4th.

Hello Woodsworth! Just a reminder that General Course Enrolment starts on Friday, July 24. During this period all undergraduate Faculty of Arts & Science students will be able to enrol in courses that were previously only open to priority students.

Starting Friday, students have start times based on year level:

9 am - Fourth-year students (14.0+ credits)
10 am - Third-year students (9.0 - 13.5 credits)
11 am - Second-year students (4.0 - 8.5 credits)
12 pm - First-year students (fewer than 4.0 credits)

Hello Woodsworth! During the priority course enrolment period (July 6-22, 2026), certain groups of students are given priority for enrolment into certain courses. In addition, the maximum course and term load is different in the priority enrolment period. Keep a close eye to the date that applies to you:

* July 6: Fourth-year degree students (14.0+ credits)
* July 8: Third-year degree students (9.0 - 13.5 credits)
* July 13: Second-year degree students (4.0 - 8.5 credits)
* July 16: First-year degree students (fewer than 4.0 credits)

Classes for the second Summer session are now in session! Here are a few summer course deadlines to keep in mind for the rest of the month:

📌July 6: Waitlists for S courses close at end of the day; Last day to submit a term work extension petition for F courses (including final assessments)
📌July 8: Last day to enrol in S courses
📌July 9: First day to select a Credit/No-Credit (CR/NCR) option for S courses
📌July 29: Last day to drop S courses *
📌July 30: Last day to drop Y courses *

* Note that some courses cannot be dropped using ACORN and students must contact their college or department to do so; refer to the Course Enrolment Instructions

Due to renovations, the Woodsworth Registrar’s Office will be closed for in-person services and will operate remotely on the following dates:

- Wednesday, June 24
- Thursday, June 25
- Friday, June 26
- Thursday, July 2
- Friday, July 3

Due to the Canada Day Long Weekend, the university will be closed from Monday, June 29 to Wednesday, July 1. Our team will not be monitoring emails during this time.

Regular in-person service hours will resume on Monday, July 6.
