Hello everyone,

Just a reminder to everyone that TODAY is SFU SCIENCE SPOOKTACULAR!

Please invite your family and friends to come.
As a volunteer, lunch will be provided in room RCB8104 around 12:00pm (just before the event begins)

I'm hoping that all of you can come a little earlier between 11/11:30 to assist with setup.

Shows will be in B9200 for 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Both shows are fully booked, but we will open the theatre 15 mins before each show for non-registrants in case there are no-shows.

The Trottier Observatory will be open for viewing from 12:00-3:00pm - please assist guests with directions.

All hallway demos will be at the North AQ hallway from 12:00-3:30pm: all tables will be labeled properly.

We will have an event table where guests are encouraged to complete an online feedback form, and get a chance to win an SFU Science t-shirt.

Please encourage people who are snapping/taking photos to tag or (twitter/instagram/facebook)

Renaissance Coffee (North AQ) will be open that Saturday, for those who want to purchase coffee/food.

Complimentary parking is provided at the East parking all-day Saturday.

Most importantly, wear your halloween costumes and have fun!

See you all soon!
