🍎 A little fall flavour made its way into the classroom! 🍂

Our December Hybrid ECE students recently made slow cooker apple crisp as part of their Infant and Toddler Development module. 🍏🥧

Through a simple activity like preparing food, students explored how everyday experiences can support sensory learning, language development, social interaction and hands-on discovery.

And of course, learning is even better when it’s shared. 💙 Students from other Hybrid ECE classes joined in to enjoy the apple crisp, turning the activity into a lovely moment of connection and community.

A sweet reminder that meaningful learning can happen in the simplest everyday moments.

Our Hospitality Management students at the Vancouver campus recently went behind the scenes at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, a landmark luxury hotel known for its iconic château-style architecture and exceptional hospitality. 🏨

From front-of-house guest services to back-of-house operations, our students explored the many moving parts that bring a world-class hotel experience to life.

Seeing classroom learning in action was an incredible experience!
