Raising awareness about mental health and wellness at the University of Windsor! Share, care and end the stigma!

University of Windsor Students interested in raising awareness about various mental health-related disorders, eradicating the societal stigma of these disorders, encouraging students to adopt healthier habits, and learning more about the brain. We also raise money for the Canadian Mental Health Association (Windsor-Essex Branch), as well as various other mental health related causes. Check out our

The Youth Wellness Hub Windsor-Essex is a project of the Canadian Mental Health Association that provides mental health support to youth who are between the age of 12-25.
