Furthermore, The Establishment being the birth palace of Inclusive Special Education Professional Training in Cameroon in particular and Africa a-large - is making maximum use of an a more Innovative Inclusive Special Education Training Approach in the training of more Versatile Inclusive professionals in Cameroon. SENTTI is doing its utmost best in contributing to removing various artificial barriers, which are hindering persons living with disabilities from accessing socio-economic opportunities. For instance, gaining unique and appropriate access to Basic Education. SENTTI‘s Motto is: ‘Creating Universal Access to Education For All Irrespective of Individual Needs and Strengths’’. SENTTI is doing its utmost best in contributing to removing various barriers which are hindering persons living with disabilities from accessing socio-economic opportunities. The Institution, thus, is helping in providing some constructive solutions to some of the issues affecting Persons Living With Disabilities, having Special Educational Needs and Their Families. SENTTI advocates on increasing the voices of Persons’ Living With Disabilities in decision-making , advocates at various levels in the Society and Government for policies review on HIV and AIDS , Gender empowerment , Human Rights and Child Protection issues just to list a few. Worth mentioning that, ITCIG-SENTTI is contributing immensely in revolutionising the quality of the Teachers’ Education and Training in Cameroon as well as enhancing the quality of access to formal education for learners with Exceptional Needs in Cameroon. SERNTTI in collaboration with her collaborators is Proving that; Inclusive Education can actually be realise in schools, when the human resources is trained an equipped with the necessary knowledge, understanding and skills in the regular and special and inclusive education training curriculum and the necessary support services mechanisms are put in place to provide adequate and appropriate support based on individual needs.
