Last Friday, during the Fireside Chat with Mme Audrey Ngako a leading figure in Africa’s communication landscape, the conversation went far beyond branding. We spoke about mindset, vision, and what it truly takes to carry an idea… and defend it over time.👌

👉Nous avons constaté que, lorsqu’il s’agit des métiers, beaucoup de personnes ont une vision très limitée des opportunités qui existent réellement dans le monde actuel.

👉Nous avons également remarqué que plusieurs choisissent leur carrière sans vraiment comprendre de quoi il s’agit… et finissent par regretter notamment pas parce qu’ils ne sont pas capables, mais parce qu’ils n’avaient pas les bonnes informations au départ.

Pour aider les élèves de Terminale, les étudiants, les jeunes professionnels et même les parents soucieux de l’avenir de leurs enfants, nous avons décidé de nous engager dans cette initiative, qui, jusqu’ici, porte déjà de très bons fruits.👌

À première vue, c’est très logique. Qui ne voudrait pas d’un métier bien payé?

Mais en réalité… cela peut être un piège. 👉 Parce que si tu n’aimes pas ce que tu fais :
-Tu manques de motivation
-Tu progresses moins vite
-Tu abandonnes plus facilement
-Et au final… tu ne deviens jamais excellent

Or aujourd’hui, ce sont les meilleurs qui sont les mieux payés. La vraie question ne devrait pas être : “Quel métier paie bien ?”

Mais plutôt : “Dans quel domaine puis-je devenir excellent, créer de la valeur… et être bien payé ?”. C’est ainsi que tu trouveras les bonnes opportunités.
