the Gulffield mining students are on an internsive fieldwork along the ombe-tiko-mongo-kribi towns respectively.here the students were oppotuned to pan gold and saw what gold looked like.the we're being taught amongs others on how Washing (panning) alluvial gold looks like.

Giving the booming nature of the mining sector today in our country cameroon and with the recently created SONAMIN (SOCIETE NATIONAL DE MINE),we taught it very importand that our students have a know-how on how the mining sector operates.by so doing we carried out a three days professional mining seminar under the theme(VALORISATION OF THE MINING SECTOR).this seminar was geared at enlightening our students on how the mining sector operates in cameroon and we are happy it was a huge success.
