FINISTECH is a tertiary education institution created as a training, research, and application outfit to popularize science and complement Africa’s governmental effort to attain the SDGs THE GOAL
FINISTECH intends to practice experimental research, industrial application communication and training in order to support policy making and for the promotion of excellence in science and development. An
important component for this goal is to establish and maintain genuine research collaborations with many states and private institutions within Africa as well as with international institutions. We intend to do this by professionalizing, consolidating and modernizing the programs we offer whilst aligning them with the future science-dependent development needs of the continent. We will assure this by forging bi-directional, intercontinental synergies and cooperation with other scientists and funding bodies worldwide. THE VISION
Our vision is to place FINISTECH at the leader position within the African continent and in the world in specialized areas for which it will build competencies and capacities. A joint Higher National Diploma and Bachelors in science programme will be offered, efforts with other institutions that offer opportunities where the students can gain further skills and sharpen their minds. The aim is to be integrative as each institutions institution grows on and fortifies the strength of the other institutions. In that manner, both take better cognizance of the areas in academia and research that need more attention and/or building, and can thus take the required system of education and helps to guarantee better outcomes and efficiencies, in Science, Technology and Innovation.
