We are incredibly proud of our former and current lab members who are making waves at not one, but two major international conferences this week! 🎉🌍 Ewa and Tan (sadly no photo available) have just returned from Osnabrück, Germany, where they presented their research at DGKL24, while Sara and Miquel attended the AMLaP24 in Edinburgh, Scotland. Across both conferences, they delivered cutting-edge talks and presented exciting posters showcasing their latest findings.

Today is Developmental Language Disorder (DLD) Awareness Day! We are proud to advocate for people around the world with DLD and today 'Old Joe' clock tower at the University of Birmingham will be lit up in purple to raise awareness of this common, but not well-known disorder. If you're in Birmingham, look out for Old Joe tonight!

Developmental Language Disorder Day takes place on 20 October. PhD English Language and Linguistics student Ashley Blake writes on her research.
