أُعلن اليوم 22 ديسمبر 2025، عبر منصة Zoom التابعة لاتحاد الجامعات العربية، عن نتائج التصنيف العربي للجامعات، والذي شمل هذا العام 236 جامعة عربية.
وقد أفرز هذا التصنيف إدراج ست (06) جامعات جزائرية، من بينها جامعة البويرة، التي حققت إنجازًا نوعيًا بحلولها في المرتبة الثانية وطنيًا، والمرتبة 135 عربيًا.
وجاء تصنيف الجامعات وفق منهجية علمية دقيقة تنسجم مع رؤية واحتياجات الدول العربية، حيث يعتمد على أربعة معايير رئيسية، يُقاس كل واحد منها من خلال تسعة مؤشرات أداء محددة، وهي:
١. التعليم والتعلّم: ويُعنى بتقييم جودة العملية التعليمية ومخرجاتها
٢. البحث العلمي: لقياس حجم وجودة الإنتاج العلمي.
٣. الإبداع والريادة والابتكار: وهو معيار يضفي بُعدًا اقتصاديًا عبر تشجيع البحث القائم على الابتكار داخل الجامعات.
٤. تعزيز التسويق ونشر المخرجات العلمية وإدارة التكنولوجيا: دعمًا لتطوير اقتصاد المعرفة ونقل التكنولوجيا.
ويُذكر أن جامعة البويرة كانت قد احتلت في تصنيف السنة الماضية:
المرتبة الخامسة وطنيًا من بين ست جامعات جزائرية، والمرتبة 157 عربيًا من أصل 180 جامعة عربية، ما يعكس تحسنًا ملحوظًا وتقدمًا نوعيًا في الأداء المؤسسي والأكاديمي.

Les résultats du Classement Arabe des Universités ont été officiellement annoncés ce jour, le 22 décembre 2025, via la plateforme Zoom de l’Union des Universités Arabes, portant sur 236 universités arabes.
Ce classement a retenu six (06) universités algériennes, parmi lesquelles figure l’Université de Bouira, qui s’est distinguée en se classant 2ᵉ au niveau national et 135ᵉ au niveau arabe.
La méthodologie adoptée repose sur une approche scientifique rigoureuse, alignée sur les priorités et les besoins des pays arabes, et s’articule autour de quatre critères majeurs, chacun évalué à travers neuf indicateurs précis, à savoir :
1. Enseignement et apprentissage : axé sur la qualité du processus pédagogique.
2. Recherche scientifique : évaluant la quantité et la qualité de la production scientifique.
3. Créativité, entrepreneuriat et innovation : intégrant une dimension économique en encourageant la recherche innovante.
4. Valorisation, diffusion des résultats scientifiques et gestion de la technologie : en soutien au développement de l’économie de la connaissance.
À titre comparatif, lors de l’édition précédente, l’Université de Bouira occupait : la 5ᵉ place au niveau national, et la 157ᵉ place au niveau arabe sur 180 universités classées, ce qui témoigne d’une progression significative et soutenue.

The Arab University Ranking results were officially announced today, 22 December 2025, via the Zoom platform of the Association of Arab Universities, covering 236 Arab universities.
This edition included six (06) Algerian universities, among which the University of Bouira achieved a remarkable performance, ranking 2nd nationally and 135th at the Arab level.
The ranking is based on a robust scientific methodology, aligned with the vision and developmental needs of Arab countries, and relies on four main criteria, each assessed through nine specific performance indicators, namely:
1. Teaching and Learning: focusing on the quality of the educational process.
2. Scientific Research: assessing both the quantity and quality of research outputs.
3. Creativity, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation: introducing an economic dimension by promoting innovation-driven research within universities.
4. Promotion, Dissemination of Scientific Outputs, and Technology Management: supporting the development of a knowledge-based economy.
It is worth noting that in the previous year’s ranking, the University of Bouira was positioned: 5th nationally, and 157th Arab-wide out of 180 ranked universities, highlighting a notable and sustained improvement in institutional and academic performance.
