الحمد لله الذي تتم بنعمته الصالحات
🌿 يوم طويل من العمل الميداني والتعلم وروح الفريق!
يسرني اليوم أن أشارككم بعض محطات العمل الميداني المكثف الذي قمنا به في إطار مشروع ASMED ضمن برنامج PRIMA الذي يساهم فيه مخبرنا
دامت رحلتنا الميدانية 16 ساعة، حيث انطلقنا على الساعة السابعة صباحًا واستمرت إلى غاية الحادية عشرة ليلًا، في يوم كان طويلًا وشاقًا، لكنه كان في الوقت ذاته ثريًا جدًا من حيث التعلم واكتساب الخبرات. وخلال هذه المهمة الميدانية، تمكن طلبتي من تعزيز مهاراتهم التطبيقية، واكتساب خبرة ميدانية لا توفرها القاعات وحدها. كان لطلبتي موعد مع مجال الاستثمار ثم مع التنوع البيولوجي والطبيعة. حيث شكلت زيارة المواقع النموذجية (Pilot Sites) الخاصة بمشروع ASMED إحدى أهم محطات هذه المهمة الميدانية، فأتيحت لنا فرصة اللقاء والتبادل مع شركائنا الميدانيين. ونتوجه بخالص الشكر والامتنان إلى السيد مراد بلعياشي والسيد هواري زرقة على حسن الاستقبال وعلى ما قدماه من معارف وخبرات قيّمة. فقد ساهمت خبرتهما العملية ومعرفتهما العميقة بالواقع الزراعي المحلي ورؤيتهما المهنية في إثراء هذه الدراسة الميدانية، ومنحت طلبتنا فرصة فريدة للتعلم والاحتكاك المباشر بالواقع، بما يعزز الصلة بين البحث العلمي والتطبيق الميداني.
أتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى جميع الطلبة الذين شاركوا في هذه المهمة، فقد أظهروا التزامًا كبيرًا وحماسًا وروحًا عالية من المثابرة طوال هذا اليوم الطويل. وما يبعث على الفخر بشكل خاص هو تنوع فريقي الذي يضم
طالب الدكتوراه #وليد، طالب الماستر #عماد، وطالبين سنة ثانية #أية (حبيبة قلبي) و #عصمان. وليس من المألوف أن يشارك طلبة السنة الثانية ليسانس بفعالية في مشروع بحثي دولي بهذا الحجم، انما هو التطوع العلمي-الاجتماعي الذي لطالما نصحت به طلبتي. وقد برهن هؤلاء الطلبة على جدية كبيرة ورغبة حقيقية في التعلم، وأثبتوا أن الشغف والاجتهاد والالتزام عوامل لا تقل أهمية عن الخبرة، واني لمقتنعة أن ادماج الطلبة من مختلف الاطوارفي مثل هذه التجارب يكتسي أهمية كبيرة من خلال التعلم بالممارسة، والعمل الجماعي، وتعزيز التعاون بين الباحثين والطلبة والشركاء الاجتماعيين والاقتصاديين. وأنا على يقين بأن المعارف والمهارات المكتسبة خلال هذه المهمة ستترك أثرًا إيجابيًا ومستدامًا في المسار الأكاديمي والمهني لجميع المشاركين.
كل الشكر لأعضاء فريقي، طلبتي الاعزاء وشركائنا الميدانيين على تفانيهم وجهودهم وروحهم الإيجابية التي ساهمت في نجاح هذه المهمة. وأجدد التعبير عن فخري واعتزازي بطلبتي الذين من عليا الله عز وجل بحبهم.
🌿 A Long Day of Fieldwork, Learning, and Team Spirit! 🌿
I am pleased to share some highlights from an intensive fieldwork campaign conducted within the framework of the ASPMED Project, part of the PRIMA Programme, in which our laboratory is actively involved.
Our field journey began at 7:00 a.m. and ended at 11:00 p.m., making for a demanding 16-hour day. Although long and challenging, it was also exceptionally rich in learning opportunities and practical experience. Throughout this mission, my students strengthened their technical and field skills and gained valuable hands-on experience that cannot be acquired in classrooms alone.
This field trip offered our students a unique opportunity to discover both the world of agricultural entrepreneurship and investment, as well as biodiversity and nature conservation. One of the most important stages of this mission was the visit to the pilot sites, where we had the opportunity to meet and exchange with our field partners.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Mourad Belayachi and Mr. Houari Zerga for their warm welcome and for generously sharing their valuable knowledge and experience. Their practical expertise, deep understanding of local agricultural realities, and professional vision greatly enriched this field study. They provided our students with a unique opportunity to learn directly from the field, strengthening the connection between scientific research and real-world practice.
I would also like to warmly thank all the students who took part in this mission. They demonstrated remarkable commitment, enthusiasm, and perseverance throughout this long day.
What makes me especially proud is the diversity of my team, which included: - Walid, PhD student; - Imad, Master's student;
- Aya and Ousman, second-year undergraduate students.
It is not common to see second-year undergraduate students actively participating in an international research project of this scale. This reflects the spirit of scientific and social volunteering, a value that I have always encouraged among my students. They demonstrated seriousness, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn, proving that passion, dedication, and hard work are just as important as experience.
I am deeply convinced that involving students from different academic levels in such experiences is of great importance. It promotes learning through practice, teamwork, and collaboration between researchers, students, and socio-economic stakeholders. I am confident that the knowledge and skills acquired during this mission will have a lasting and positive impact on the academic and professional journeys of all participants.
My sincere thanks go to all team members and our field partners for their dedication, efforts, and positive spirit, which contributed greatly to the success of this mission.
Finally, I would like to renew my pride and appreciation for my students. Seeing their motivation, commitment, and growth throughout such experiences is one of the most rewarding aspects of academic life.
