آفاق جديدة للتميز الأكاديمي والتدويل: جامعة العربي بن مهيدي - أم البواقي تواصل تعزيز قدرات طواقمها الإدارية.

في إطار تنفيذ استراتيجية وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الرامية إلى تعزيز الجودة وتطوير المنظومة الجامعية، وتجسيدًا لمضامين القرار الوزاري رقم 345 المؤرخ في 09 مارس 2026 الخاص ببرنامج الحركية وتحسين المستوى بالخارج؛ شهدت الجامعة انطلاق برامج التكوين الدولي لصالح كوادرها الإدارية.

وفي هذا السياق، استفادت المجموعة الأولى المتكونة من 23 موظفًا إداريًا من دورة تكوينية متخصصة بجامعة سوسة بتونس حول موضوع "تدويل التعليم العالي وأنظمة الآيزو (ISO 9001 وISO 21001)"، وهي الخطوة التي تهدف إلى تحديث أساليب الحوكمة وتطبيق أعلى المعايير المعترف بها دوليًا في إدارة المؤسسات التعليمية.

كما استفاد 34 موظفًا في الدفعة الأولى من تكوين نوعي ومتقدم في إطار هذه التربصات الدولية بعنوان: "نظام إدارة الجودة - الإيزو 9001" بدولة تركيا، تم تنظيمه من قبل معهد IBM المرخص من منظمة العمل الدولية (ILO)، لتؤكد إدارة جامعة العربي بن مهيدي – أم البواقي من خلال هذه البرامج التكوينية النوعية عزمها المضي قدمًا نحو ترقية الأداء الإداري والحوكمة الجامعية في إطار إستراتيجية التطوير التي رسمتها وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

New Horizons for Academic Excellence and Internationalization: Larbi Ben M'hidi University – Oum El Bouaghi Continues to Strengthen the Capabilities of Its Administrative Staff

As part of the implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's strategy aimed at enhancing quality and developing the university system, and in line with Ministerial Decree No. 345, dated March 09, 2026, regarding the international mobility and professional training program abroad; Larbi Ben M'hidi University witnessed the launch of international training programs for its administrative staff.

In this context, the first cohort, consisting of 23 administrative employees, benefited from a specialized training course at the University of Sousse in Tunisia on "The Internationalization of Higher Education and ISO Systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 21001)."

This step aims to modernize governance methods and apply the highest internationally recognized standards in the management of educational institutions.

Additionally, a first batch of 34 employees benefited from specialized, advanced training within these international internships titled "Quality Management System – ISO 9001" in Turkey. The program was organized by the IBM Institute, accredited by the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Through these high-quality training initiatives, the administration of Larbi Ben M'hidi University – Oum El Bouaghi reaffirms its determination to move forward in elevating administrative performance and university governance within the framework of the development strategy established by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

On the sidelines of the opening ceremony for the 2026/2027 academic year, and within the framework of strengthening cooperative relations and expanding the university's international engagement, Larbi Ben M'hidi University – Oum El Bouaghi signed a partnership agreement with ALBION VIA Education LTD (Manchester, United Kingdom).

Objective of the Agreement:
To send university faculty members and administrative staff on English language training courses in the United Kingdom. This initiative falls under the implementation of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s strategy aimed at enhancing the use of the English language within the higher education system. It also serves to materialize the provisions of Ministerial Decree No. 345, dated March 9, 2026, regarding academic mobility and study abroad programs, opening new horizons for academic excellence and internationalization.

Larbi Ben M'hidi University of Oum El Bouaghi (Vice-Rectorate for External Relations, Cooperation, Animation, Communication, and Scientific Events) hereby informs all students that the Directorate of Cooperation and Inter-University Exchange at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has received a doctoral scholarship offer provided by the Arab Republic of Egypt under the "EGYAID" program for the academic year 2026–2027.

•Remote Training Course (Data Science for Public Policy)

Target Audience: Teaching researchers and administrative staff.

Topic: Data Science for Public Policy.

Training Period: October 13 to 30, 2026.

•"Nelson Mandela" Scholarship

Target Audience: 3rd cycle (Doctorate) students for the 2027/2028 academic year.
