تُعلن اللجنة المشرفة على الملتقى العلمي –الطبعة الثانية -للمدرسة العليا لأساتذة التعليم التكنولوجي بسكيكدة بكل فخر عن تنظيمه تحت عنوان:
2nd National Hybrid Conference on the Sustainable Management of Waste, Effluents, and Emissions: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Carbon Markets for Innovative and Sustainable Management (CSMWEE-2026)
يُعقد الملتقى بنظام (حضوري / عن بُعد) يومي 17 و18 نوفمبر 2026 بالمدرسة، ويهدف إلى معالجة إشكالية التسيير المستدام للنفايات الصلبة والسائلة (المياه الملوثة) والانبعاثات، مع توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي وأسواق الكربون لإيجاد حلول تقنية مبتكرة ومستدامة.
تدعو اللجنة المشرفة جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس، الباحثين من داخل وخارج المدرسة، والمهتمين من القطاعين الاقتصادي والمجتمعي للمشاركة في فعاليات هذا الملتقى.

The Organizing Committee of the Second National Hybrid Conference at the Higher Normal School of Technological Teaching of Skikda is proud to announce the holding of this conference under the title:
2nd National Hybrid Conference on the Sustainable Management of Waste, Effluents, and Emissions: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Carbon Markets for Innovative and Sustainable Management (CSMWEE-2026)
The conference will be held in a hybrid format (in-person / online) on November 17 & 18, 2026, at the school. It aims to address the issue of sustainable management of solid and liquid waste (polluted water) and emissions, while employing Artificial Intelligence and carbon markets to find innovative and sustainable technical solutions.
The Organizing Committee invites all faculty members, researchers (from within and outside the school), and interested parties from the economic and community sectors to participate.
