Lõimeleer on kodu- ja välis-eestlasi ühendav laager, mis toimub igasuviselt Tääksis. Lõimeleer annab võimaluse omavahel suhelda väliseesti ja Eesti lastel, harjutada eesti keelt. õppida puu-, ehte- ja tekstiilitöid, pilli-laulu-tantsu-mänge, teha hobusevankrisõitu ning haabjasõitu järvel, saada uusi sõpru ja niisama suvevaheajal kaunis looduses lustida. Lõimeleer/HomeComing camp is a meeting
point for foreign Estonian youngsters, taking place next time already in July 2025 in Tääksi in Viljandi county, only 1 h 30 min by car from Tallinn. Lõimeleer is a unique opportunity for young people of Estonian heritage from all over the world to explore their roots in the authentic cultural and language environment. In the camp, the participants will learn traditional folk songs and dances, train their skills in Estonian traditional handicrafts, visit the sauna and go on horse cart rides as well as and dugout canoe (haabjas) rides at the lake. In Lõimeleer, the campers form friendships with local youth that are just as tight as well-woven fabric. The camps are arranged by NGO Lõimeleer/HomeComing.
