تعلن جامعة دمنهور عن حاجتها لندب عدد من العاملين بالجهات الحكومية الخاضعة لقانون 81 لسنة 2016 وذلك بالمجموعات النوعية التالية:
التنمية الإدارية، التمويل والمحاسبة، الهندسة، الخدمات الاجتماعية، التعليم، الإحصاء والرياضيات، العلوم، المكتبات والوثائق، الكتابية، الفنية.
على أن يكون المتقدم من العاملين الدائمين المثبتين على درجة ممولة من موازنة الدولة باب أول أجور، ويتم النص على ذلك ببيان الحالة.
تقدم الطلبات لإدارة عمليات الموارد البشرية بإدارة جامعة دمنهور باسم السيد/ أمين جامعة دمنهور في موعد غايته شهر من تاريخ نشر الإعلان مصحوبا بالمستندات التالية:
ـ بيان حالة وظيفية معتمد من جهة عمل المتقدم موضح به الجزاءات التي حصل عليها وإن تم محوها.
ـ إفادة بالبند المالي المعين عليه معتمدة من جهة عمل المتقدم.
ـ السيرة الذاتية للمتقدم.
ـ صورة بطاقة الرقم القومي سارية.
ـ شهادة بثبوت عدم تعاطي المخدرات من إحدى الجهات الواردة بقانون رقم 73 لسنة 2021، على ألا يكون تاريخ إجراء التحليل سابقاً على تاريخ بداية الإعلان.
Damanhour University Announces Its Need for the Full Secondment of Employees from Government Entities Subject to Law No. 81 of 2016
Damanhour University announces its need for the full secondment of a number of employees from government entities subject to Law No. 81 of 2016, in the following occupational groups:
Administrative Development, Finance and Accounting, Social Services, Education, Statistics and Mathematics, Science, Libraries and Archives, Clerical, and Technical.
Applicants must be permanent employees appointed to a funded post under the State Budget, Chapter One – Wages, and this must be explicitly stated in their employment status statement.
Applications shall be submitted to the Human Resources Operations Department at Damanhour University Administration, addressed to the Secretary-General of Damanhour University, no later than one month from the date of publication of this announcement, accompanied by the following documents:
An official employment status statement approved by the applicant’s employing entity, indicating any disciplinary penalties imposed on the applicant, including those that have been expunged.
An official statement indicating the financial item under which the applicant was appointed, approved by the applicant’s employing entity.
The applicant’s CV.
A valid copy of the applicant’s National ID card.
A certificate proving non-use of narcotic substances, issued by one of the entities specified in Law No. 73 of 2021, provided that the date of the test is not earlier than the start date of this announcement.
