✨As part of the efforts of the Heliopolis University International Relations Office to strengthen academic and international cooperation, the university hosted a meeting with a delegation from Liming Vocational University in China to explore avenues for collaboration between the two institutions.

💡During the meeting, both sides reviewed areas of cooperation and the potential contributions each university could offer, paving the way for the signing of memorandums of understanding between Heliopolis University and Liming Vocational University, which will help strengthen academic partnerships and facilitate the exchange of expertise and opportunities between the two institutions.

✨As part of the activities organized by the International Relations Office at Heliopolis University, five students specializing in organic agriculture participated in a unique 20-day hands-on training program at the University of Oradea in Romania. 🇷🇴

💡This exceptional opportunity followed the students’ completion of a comprehensive pre-departure training program covering the latest technologies in precision agriculture, crop monitoring, and sustainable farming systems.

✨In addition to technical courses and agricultural field visits, the program includes immersive cultural activities, allowing students to explore Romania’s rich heritage and local traditions.

This multifaceted experience fosters personal resilience, intercultural competence, and a global mindset, while promoting environmental stewardship and ethical leadership in modern agriculture. 🌱

Building Bridges Through Mobility and International Cooperation.
🤝 Heliopolis University International Relations Office participated in the University of Maribor’s Staff Training Week, “Building Bridges Through Mobility”, in Slovenia 🇸🇮. The event brought together representatives from 10 countries to exchange experiences on Erasmus+ mobility, KA171, and the future of international cooperation in higher education.
🌟 During the Staff Training Week, Mrs .Eman Samir, IRO Senior Supervisor and Yomna Yossef IRO Senior Specialist represented Heliopolis University, presenting its internationalization efforts and exploring new collaboration opportunities through Erasmus+ KA171 and KA2 projects with partner universities.
🌟 Throughout the week, our team explored best practices in international student mobility, discussed Erasmus+ programme challenges, and exchanged perspectives on the future of higher education cooperation. It was a valuable opportunity to strengthen partnerships, gain new insights into international collaboration, and build meaningful connections through a week of learning, networking, and knowledge sharing.
🤝 We look forward to translating these experiences into impactful initiatives that further enhance global cooperation and mobility opportunities.

✨The Next Economies Forum 2027 is landing at Heliopolis University!
We’re thrilled to announce that we’re hosting the upcoming Next Economies Forum Event, happening between 28 - 30 March at our campus!

🤝🏻Together with our Turkish partner, Türetim (the Prosumer Economy Society), we’re organizing an experience that brings together international networks, institutions, social enterprises, policymakers, and academics working towards transforming the economic systems towards ecological and social justice.

🌳Under the theme “United in Action,” NEF 2027 will convene global actors shaping the next economies. There will be space for open co-creation and collective action, connecting regenerative and solidarity-based initiatives rooted in communities and fostering long-term collaborations to accelerate economic systems transformation.
