📋 الأوراق المطلوبة وشروط التقديم
يتم تقديم البحث الاجتماعي لجميع الفرق الدراسية (الأولى - الثانية - الثالثة - الرابعة) ابتداءً من 1 / 9 / 2026 وحتى ١٥/ 10 / 2026.
رجاءً تجهيز الأوراق المطلوبة وهي كالتالي:
بحث اجتماعي من الشؤون الاجتماعية موجه للكلية.
صور بطاقات تكون واضحة لأفراد الأسرة أو شهادة الميلاد للأطفال القصر.
مفردات مرتب بالنسبة للموظفين بالقطاع الحكومي.
بيان مرتب بالنسبة للعاملين بالقطاع الخاص.
برنت تأمينات للمعاشات أو تكافل وكرامة أو أعمال حرة.
صورة شهادة الوفاة للأب المتوفي.
صورة شهادة الطلاق للأم المطلقة.
صورة كارت تكافل وكرامة للحاملي الكارت.
يتم وضع جميع الأوراق في حافظة كبسولة.
📌 تسلم جميع الأوراق إلى مكتب رعاية الطلاب بالكلية.
"Together" (Ma'an) Initiative to Support Students Facing Financial Hardship
Under the auspice of:
Prof. Dr. Sherif Saleh – President of Port Said University
Dr. Ahmed Bayoumi – Supervisor of the Student Welfare Sector
With technical support from the University’s Information Systems and Technology Center.
The initiative aims to support students facing financial hardship in paying tuition fees, targeting:
• Students with disabilities
• Beneficiaries of the "Takaful and Karama" program
• Students facing financial difficulties
• Children of families burdened by debt

Students can also access the platform directly by scanning the attached QR code.
Application:
Social assessment reports for students in all academic years (1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th) will be accepted from September 1, 2026, through October 15, 2026.
Required Documents:
• Social assessment report issued by the Social Affairs Office and addressed to the faculty
• Clear copies of family members’ ID cards or birth certificates for minor children
• Salary statement for public sector employees
• Salary statement for private sector employees
• Social insurance printout for pension recipients, "Takaful and Karama" beneficiaries, or self-employed individuals
• Copy of the father’s death certificate, if applicable
• Copy of the mother’s divorce certificate, if applicable
• Copy of the "Takaful and Karama" card, for beneficiaries
All documents should be placed in a snap-button folder and submitted to the Student Welfare Office at the respective faculty.
