This past weekend, our Barcelona students took their their pitch to the next level! 🌊

After working on ocean conservation challenges in Barcelona, the winning team headed to Madeira for a hands-on experience off the coast of Portugal.

They explored the ocean and sailed along the coast, joined beach cleanups, and visited the MARE scientific centre and the Whale Museum.

A big thank you to explorer Nacho Dean for joining and guiding part of this journey, and to our students for their dedication and curiosity throughout this experience!

The Portugal Azul journey continues. This time, in Madeira 🇵🇹🌊

Recently, our Barcelona students were challenged to develop real solutions for ocean conservation, with three teams pitching their ideas in front of a panel of judges, including explorer Nacho Dean.

Following the pitch day and a beach cleanup that brought together more than 60 volunteers in Barcelona, the winning team, Youth4Waters, now heads to Madeira for an immersive sustainability experience focused on marine conservation.
