🚀 From Esade to building an AI company with global ambitions.

alumnus Xavier de Gracia, co-founder and co-CEO of Prosper AI, has shaped his entrepreneurial mindset through international experiences, startups and a willingness to learn by doing.

After growing up around his parents’ medical practice, he is now bringing AI into healthcare to help professionals spend less time on admin and more time with patients: Prosper AI recently raised a $30M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz and is expanding its AI and engineering hubs in New York and Barcelona, with plans to grow to more than 100 employees by the end of the year. 💡

His advice? Exceptional results require exceptional speed, and exceptional talent.
