Cardiff University researchers are looking for South Asian men aged 50-74 who either currently smoke or previously smoked to join their Patient and Public Involvement group 🗣️

They are looking for voices to shape their research and reduce inequalities to make lung cancer screening fairer and more accessible.

Highlights from Eisteddfod Grangetown 2026! ✨🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It was wonderful to bring together the Welsh communities of Grangetown for an afternoon of culture, creativity, and community spirit. From performances and activities to celebrating our shared heritage, it was a fantastic event enjoyed by all.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended, performed, volunteered, and helped make the day such a success. We’re already looking forward to next year!

Roedd hi’n wych dod â chymunedau Cymraeg Grangetown ynghyd ar gyfer prynhawn o ddiwylliant, creadigrwydd ac ysbryd cymunedol. O berfformiadau a gweithgareddau i ddathlu ein treftadaeth gyffredin, roedd yn ddigwyddiad gwych a gafodd ei fwynhau gan bawb.

Diolch enfawr i bawb a fynychodd, a berfformiodd, a wirfoddolodd ac a helpodd i wneud y diwrnod yn llwyddiant mor fawr. Rydym eisoes yn edrych ymlaen at y flwyddyn nesaf!

.health.connect will be running a free yoga taster series at starting Tuesday 30 June 🧘🏼

Sessions will be delivered by a female instructor and a women-only session will be available on Thursday 16 July.
